- identifiers and analytics-related data, including app-instance identifiers and other device or analytics identifiers used by Firebase Analytics;
- on Android, depending on platform settings and Firebase / Google Analytics configuration, the device advertising identifier may also be collected.
Depending on your device settings, platform, and applicable law, some of this information may be considered personal data.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
The Data Controller processes data collected through the App for the following purposes:
- to understand how users interact with the App;
- to improve gameplay, balance, usability, and user experience;
- to measure app performance and feature usage;
- to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App;
- to detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
Where required by applicable law, analytics-related processing will be based on your consent.
In other cases, the Data Controller may rely on its legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the App, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
4. Third-Party Service Provider
The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC and its related entities, to collect analytics data about use of the App.
Google processes analytics data as our service provider in connection with Firebase Analytics, subject to Google’s applicable terms, privacy documentation, and data processing arrangements.

5. Data Sharing
The Data Controller does not sell your personal data.
The Data Controller shares data only as necessary with Google, through Firebase Analytics, as an analytics and technical service provider.
The Data Controller may also disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect its rights, users, or the security of the App.
6. Data Security
The Data Controller uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. International Data Transfers
Because the App uses Google Firebase services, your data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, such transfers are carried out subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.

Because the App does not use user accounts, the Data Controller may need sufficient information from you to identify the relevant device or app-instance data when handling a deletion or access request.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Data Controller does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, please contact the Data Controller and reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate personal data;
- erasure of your personal data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing;
- data portability.
Where processing is based on consent, you may also withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
